SYMPATEC GmbH was founded in 1984 as a subsidiary of the Technical University of Clausthal (TUC), renowned for its expertise in powder research. It is a manufacturer of particle size and shape analyzers that integrates research and development, production, and sales. Our main products include particle size analyzers, online particle size analyzers, laser particle size analyzers, and other types of particle size analyzers.
Since its establishment, New Patek has relied on its strong knowledge of powders to continuously innovate and develop various particle size and shape analyzers that meet different usage requirements for customers. One of the founders of the company, Stephan Roethele, currently the president, has extensive experience in powder research. New Patek Company has strong technical strength, with nearly half of its employees holding doctoral degrees, and is renowned in the fields of particle size detection technology and particle size analyzer manufacturing. Based on knowledge and years of practical experience in powder research, New Patek Company has proposed and formed the testing concept of "dry sample testing, wet sample testing; instantaneous dispersion, instantaneous measurement"; Based on this concept, we provide customers with high-quality particle size analyzers. The constant goal of New Patek Company is to adapt testing instruments to test materials with different characteristics.
The manufacturing standard ISO13320 for the first laser particle size analyzer is provided with the main technical content by New Patek from Germany.
Any instrument is designed and manufactured based on certain physical theories or principles, and each physical theory has its own prerequisites and conditions for application. When designing an instrument, consideration should be given to the field that the theory is suitable for. When its application is limited, other theories that are more suitable should be used to handle it. Based on this design philosophy, the German company Novopatec independently develops, manufactures, and sells the following four categories of particle size testing instruments based on different physical theories:
1. Laser particle size analyzer series based on static light scattering theory
2. Wet particle size analyzer based on ultrasonic attenuation principle
3. Nano laser particle size analyzer based on photon cross-correlation spectroscopy (PCCS) principle
4. A fast dynamic image analyzer based on imaging principles
